Returns online orders

We accept returns within 14 days after you have received your order, unworn with the original packaging and price tag attached. Send us an email to info@mano-noa.nl to register your return and receive our further instructions. Return costs are at your own expense.

Exchange online orders

Unfortunately, it is not technically possible to exchange online orders. We ask you to return your order and place a new order.

Exchange in store

Because we know from experience that it is not always easy to try on children, you can exchange any purchase within 14 days. If you cannot find anything suitable at that time, you will receive a voucher. Items must be returned in their original condition with price tags attached.
